I can´t help but sharing with you those fascinating pages on knitting at the Victoria and Albert Museum. Knitting items from the collection, 1940s patterns, regional knitting, there is enough for everyone. For the "Ravelrists", there is a page dedicated to the Museum´s patterns.

ReplyDeleteI saw the real things last December on a special trip with my knitting history forum group. Depatment now shut for a couple of years for refurbishing, so do check before you book your flights!
